This bakery/bistro is ENTIRELY GF. They have lots of normal menu items that are usually hard to get GF, like French toast and waffles. They also offer plenty of pastries and kitchen staples like croutons and buns. They even sell GF beer (Holidaily, brewed in Golden, CO).
