Very glad we finally got a chance to try out this local spot! The menu only marks the pizzas as being able to be made gluten free, but the very knowledgeable hostess over the phone verified that most pastas and sandwiches can be made gluten free. There is even a dedicated oven for the gluten free pizzas—no dedicated fryer for fries though.
The Mix Up pizza on gluten free crust was AMAZING. Pan-fried goodness with a thick tasty crust and indulgent toppings—totally comparable if not better than gluten crusts. We’re so happy to find a local spot to support as we tend to buy pizzas from chains as they are more certain about their nutritional facts and cross-contamination rules.
