I don’t know about gluten, but within 1 hour of eating I was on the floor taking nitroglycerin. The food is saturated with MSG. For those of us sensitive to MSG, it’s probably like drinking 10 Red Bull’s one after another. Heart starts to race and you can’t catch your breath. Went to ER and they confirmed it was not a stroke or heart attack. First question asked, “what was the last meal I had”. When I said Chinese food he immediately said MSG was the cause and the hospital has seen the exact same symptoms hundreds of times and all ate takeout Chinese food immediately before the attack.
This is the first time this ever happened to me and I was warned to stay clear of smaller Chinese restaurants.

Good food but not celiac friendly. My husband got sick.
— Not at all
— No gluten-free information on the menu
The staff was knowledgeable about it, but plates were not marked if they were gluten free or regular. Make sure to ask when they bring out the food if it is gluten free. Mine got mixed up and I got sick. Otherwise the food is good.
They were extremely accommodating, and the food was pretty good. I loved the chicken fried rice, but the sweet and sour chicken was not quite what I thought it would be. Staff was helpful and honest about trying to find a good gf breading. I have celiac disease and had no issues.
Can make almost anything on the menu gluten free! This was my favorite Chinese restaurant before being diagnosed with Celiac. Manager is extremely knowledgable about gluten free.
