The staff was knowledgeable about gluten allergies. Not listed on menu, but they have plenty of options when asked. Honestly my go to for really good gluten free Chinese food. Gluten free soy sauce available on request. I haven't had a problem/reaction from eating here. If you have eaten here before you can comment when ordering online and it will be made and marked gluten free when delivered.
