I was very impressed with my stay here. If you have an upcoming trip, ask to speak with chef Aaron or chef Luiz they will take care of you. They even come to your table for each meal to discuss what you’d like and even suggest things to try that can be safely made for celiac. They’ll prepare your meal themselves to ensure it’s safe and come deliver the meal as well. They have dedicated GF toasters but no fryer to my knowledge.
Would recommend going this route instead of ordering from normal staff if you can because not everyone is knowledgeable and there are some restaurants where cross contamination is heavy (wouldn’t recommend the pizza spot or the pool bar). The sushi bar in the lobby is mostly GF, rice GF, and they only use Tamari in the entire resort.
Great with Peanuts as well as they don’t use any in the resort.
