I was diagnosed with Celiac almost a year ago and since then have tried many local places serving gluten free pizza. The GF pizza crust at Granita so far is hands-down the best I've had in the local area. They make it in house I believe they told me it is chickpea flour. I have also had the GF spaghetti which was good although I am not a huge fan of GF pasta. They are also willing to cook menu items gluten free upon request
Rude staff, from owner to manager to server. Completely made me feel uncomfortable. Like literally nothing is safe. Cross Contamination Galore. AVOID. Go To CPK Instead for better pizza anyway
