They use a shared fryer for almost all their GS items. That eliminates most of the options for anyone celiac. If you try it here, be very specific with your allergy. And don't eat anything crispy or fried. :-(
Had a hamburger on there gluten free menu and was sick shortly after. The menu selection is small. And I wouldn't count there chicken wings as "gluten free" because they are deep fried in the same grease as non-gluten free foods.
No
Limited GF menu. I had a cheeseburger on a GF bun (which appeared untoasted) with pickles and kettle chips. No reaction.
Yes
I have had really good experiences at Granite City with their Gluten Free products. limited selection but still very good.
They now actually have a gf menu again after taking it away for awhile, but there is a lot of cross contamination issues so if you eat there specify that buns have to be toasted in a separate pan or not at all or they will toast them where they do all the normal buns and toast.
No
They did not have a GF menu. They sometimes have gf options available ; buns and flatbread. But they were out of all of it when there. I was suppose to trust my teenage server what was gluten free or not. I’m not going back!!

Disappointed. This location did not have the Gluten Free Flat Bread; waitress said it had been a couple months since they had it. I also have issues with vegetable washes and their salad greens are all prewashed, so that was out. Waitress was nice and helpful, but little to eat for me. Ended up with a Bison Burger, with cheese, skipped the GF Bun and toppings. If you want a burger, salad, or a lettuce wrapped sandwich, you will be ok. Sides are a challenge. Waitress was helpful in identifying what was safe to eat.

I had a sandwich with a gluten-free bun (it’s not in the menu but the waiter immediately knew that they have one) and a soup that had no gluten. The overall experience was really good and I had no problems afterward.

Ate here last night and had no after effects. Server was very helpful. I had the Salmon and even though it is naturally gf she had it marked gf so they would know to clean the grill before making it for me. Rice pilaf and asparagus were my sides. No dedicated fryer but many other options can be made gf. They do have gf buns too. Did not flag as gf but it came out separately and the server said that it was the gf salmon before handing to me.

I ordered off the GF menu. I ordered the Bleu Peppercorn Burger, with a side of rice, and drank it down with a Flying Monkey. Then I got so sick I vomited it all up. Not sure what happened, but of course I’ll never eat here again.
