I’ve been to other Granite City locations with no issue and lots of good customer service, unfortunately this location didn’t live up to those expectations. First time I ordered the waitress had no knowledge of gluten free. When asked if something contained gluten she said “I don’t know. Probably” and wouldn’t ask the kitchen or manager. The second time, the waitress said they had so much cross contamination and unclean services that she wouldn’t say anything is safe to eat if gluten free (at least she was somewhat knowledgeable). There are plenty of other places in Fargo, definitely skip this one.

The worst gluten free dining experience I’ve ever had.
Staff was not knowledgeable about GF menu items. No GF menu or markings.
I ordered with a group which had people who could eat gluten in it, and they sent out the burgers on the wrong buns. If I had celiac it would be a miserable few weeks due to that mistake, but luckily I’m only intolerant.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!

No gluten-free menu or markings on menu. When I asked staff, they directed me to items that were clearly not gluten-free and then brushed off further questions. I didn't even order food because it seemed unsafe.

I had a bad experience here, I went there and I made my order but it came back with Gluten after I tested it with Nima, the kitchen manager very nicely made me another dish (not so tasty) and it came back with no Gluten... I ate after everyone else finished which is not a good thing.
I will not suggest this place unless you can test it with Nima and be absolutely sure
No
Some gluten-free items, but be very careful eating here. Wait staff poorly trained. At least they know and acknowledge they do not have a gluten free fryer.
They don't have a gluten free menu anymore and my Nima sensor tested positive for gluten.
No
Not a kid friendly menu. Could add pasta to the menu for more options
Their gluten free flatbreads are delicious! However, the portion for this is much smaller than a regular flatbread!
I've only tried their dry rub wings, but they were good and I didn't get sick. It would be great if they would use more detail in the mixed drinks so people with celiacs could make an informed decision on drinks, there was only cocktail with enough information for me to know it was safe.
2 items on the gluten free menu have gluten in them. Ie: stout! Lol!

So good! Gluten free bun was great on my classic cheeseburger! Fresh green beans also yummy.
Gluten free BBQ cheddar burger is really good. Celiac friendly with there preparation and did not get sick.
Yes
They did not have a GF menu. They sometimes have gf options available ; buns and flatbread. But they were out of all of it when there. I was suppose to trust my teenage server what was gluten free or not. I’m not going back!!

Disappointed. This location did not have the Gluten Free Flat Bread; waitress said it had been a couple months since they had it. I also have issues with vegetable washes and their salad greens are all prewashed, so that was out. Waitress was nice and helpful, but little to eat for me. Ended up with a Bison Burger, with cheese, skipped the GF Bun and toppings. If you want a burger, salad, or a lettuce wrapped sandwich, you will be ok. Sides are a challenge. Waitress was helpful in identifying what was safe to eat.

I had a sandwich with a gluten-free bun (it’s not in the menu but the waiter immediately knew that they have one) and a soup that had no gluten. The overall experience was really good and I had no problems afterward.

Ate here last night and had no after effects. Server was very helpful. I had the Salmon and even though it is naturally gf she had it marked gf so they would know to clean the grill before making it for me. Rice pilaf and asparagus were my sides. No dedicated fryer but many other options can be made gf. They do have gf buns too. Did not flag as gf but it came out separately and the server said that it was the gf salmon before handing to me.

I ordered off the GF menu. I ordered the Bleu Peppercorn Burger, with a side of rice, and drank it down with a Flying Monkey. Then I got so sick I vomited it all up. Not sure what happened, but of course I’ll never eat here again.
