Review of Great White Pizza

They had an amazing gluten free pizza and stated they usually had 2 crusts but were currently out of one. The one they did have (cauliflower) was beyond amazing and you wouldn't know it was gluten free. I asked about safety protocol and they immediately knew about cross contamination and stated my pizza would be handled with everything clean, clean gloves, and prepared in the back separately. The taste was excellent and we will be returning again this week while on vacation.
