This place was absolutely amazing! We were served by the owner and he completely understood celiac and allergies. They have a seperate preparation area for gluten free stuff and they offer gf desserts! Amazing place!!

My daughter really enjoyed the pizza. And the staff made sure there was no cross contamination. The pizza gets cooked in its own foil plate so it doesn’t touch the same surface as the other pizzas and we asked them to use a clean pizza cutter which they did.

ordered a gluten free pizza (specifically for a celiac ) at Great White Pizza PCB in Pier Park on Sunday. We placed the order online just about 7pm to pick up for 8:30. Once we arrived the doors were locked (even with a confirmation of the order and the transcation processed) On the website when we ordered online it was closing for 9pm. They were physically inside working as we were knocking on the door to let us in to pick up the pre ordered/prepaid pizza but still would not answer the door or acknowledge us; although they were all working. From the window we must have phoned about 11 times with no avail. Now we’re standing there being ignored without the pizza. We went to the back to door of the building and knocked a few times, turned the handle and it was unlocked so my friend stuck his head in and called over to anyone hello hello I’m trying to pick up my pizza here hello??!! Along comes a lady and a man and finally we get a response to “were closed we didn’t make your order” extremely rudely! Trying to get an answer about where our money is and why they couldn’t just open the front door to let us know what was happening instead of ignoring us. The worker then proceeded to say and then you call 10 times “didn’t you get the hint”. Again shocked with that kind of rude response. Why didnt they just answer the phone to inform us of that, instead of ignoring us. They had over 1.5 hrs to notify the customer. We said we prepaid the pizza, then finally again she comes back with a rude snarcky response “we reversed the transaction”. Well how is anyone going to know all this in real time as this is all taking place and it’s a confirmed paid transaction. I don’t understand why she couldn’t just answer the door or answer the phone or even called back the number to say sorry we can’t fulfill this order for xyz reasons and you have been fully refunded. Or even give the customer a curtesy call to say we are no longer open till 9:00 did you want to pick up the pizza sooner to meet our cut off. Absolute disrespect for their customers. And to top it off the transaction was not reversed we were still charged for the pizza. Just letting y’all know.

Staff seemed immediately sure of what to do to handle my order with gluten free practices, they have one size (10”) of gluten free crust and all the pizzas can be made gf on it. They prep and cook it in an aluminum tin, and wear fresh gloves. Also prepare gf orders for allergies/celiac in a separate area of the kitchen. I don’t think they cook in a different oven but the aluminum tin solves that. We ordered the Cuban and Margarita pizzas and they were very good, no reactions or problems afterward. Was my first time eating pizza in a restaurant since my diagnosis a couple months ago, was very happy!

I ordered a gluten free pizza with vegan cheese and other toppings. The gluten free crust was very good. I saw a few reviews saying they cook gf in the same oven and other pizzas and while that may be true, they made my gf pizza in a aluminum pan and cooked it in that pan in the pizza oven so it did not touch surfaces that had been touched by gluten products. That was nice to see. They also offer packaged gf cookies. They aren’t dairy free so I didn’t try one but they are available if you want one. They mark gf items on their menu.

Got a Hawaiian Pizza and garden salad. Both were delicious, and neither my mom or I got sick. The stated they have a separate area where they make the pizza. They’re clearly doing things right.

The pizza was good and I also had a peanut butter pie, but I hate to inform that, not long after eating here, I was sick. I had a cauliflower crust pizza because they ran out of regular gluten free pizza crust. They make the gluten free pizzas separately in the back and they come in a tin pan to keep them safe. I can’t say for certain weather it was the pizza or the pie that made me sick (however the pie says certified gluten free on the menu), but I can say that I was rushing to the nearest bathroom about 30 minutes after eating there and will be up all night with tummy woes.
I thought it would have been fine considering all of the great reviews, I may have just been unlucky or am more sensitive than I realized.

This was not my favorite tasting GF pizza, but I felt safer than I do at most restaurants. We got take out, and my GF pizza came in its own pan. Not sick afterwards, and I’d eat here again.

They have tons of customization options! I got half Great White and half Meat on my gluten free pizza and it was really good. I used DoorDash to get delivery and they have an option to specify allergies when ordering which is super nice. The only complaint I have is that they are hard to get ahold of if you’re trying to get delivery since they close their DoorDash often because of high demand and I’ve called numerous times and they never picked up the phone. Probably because they are the best pizza place on the beach

Wow! So impressed! The entire staff was well versed in gluten allergy and celiac protocols for their food. They made my pizza in the back, and it even has its own aluminum pan that the pizza stays in. I got nervous and decided to ask them not to cut my pizza because I didn’t want to risk something that had gone well so far. The guy asked me if I was worried they would cross contaminate it when the cut it, so he assured me they “have a protocol to follow” and they have to use a new/clean cutter. They were so kind and so helpful. We appreciate that they are so helpful and accommodating. The pizza was so delicious, I am still in shock it was gluten free. Great Job Great White PCB!

My husband said the gluten free crust was the best he has ever had. He has celiacs and did not have a reaction after eating. The necessary separate prep was taken to not cross contaminate. Service was fast- ordered and served in 15 minutes.

Could have almost anything you wanted pizza wise to eat. Wasn’t overly impressed with the pizza. Not much taste or toppings but could be due to the margarita style ordered. I’ve had better pizza at other places. Crust was pretty soft and cheese just fell off with not much sauce. No reaction after but highlight was the Reese peanut butter cup pie. That was worth the price.

This restaurant did a wonderful job in making me feel safe to eat there. They prepare the gluten free pizzas in separate area. I got the tapioca dough pizza and it was delicious. We talked with the owner and he is committed to providing a safe experience for celiacs. I am very grateful for restaurants like this. I am disappointed that I forgot to try the Reese cup dessert that someone else mentioned.

We always eat here while on vacation in PCB. We talked to the owner during our first visit and he was fantastic! Very knowledgeable about food allergies and cross-contamination. They not only have a cauliflower crust, but also a very good gluten-free crust. My son has celiac and said it is the best gluten-free pizza he’s ever had! The owner was able to tell me about the toppings that were gluten-free and when you order a gluten-free pizza, they ask if it’s preference or an allergy. If you say allergy, your pizza is made separately, inside the cooler with separate ingredients. I don’t know of any other restaurant that takes those precautions. They also had two different gluten-free dessert options. They were out of the cookie this time, but my son had it last time we were there and said it was really good! The owner even told him they were available on Amazon if he wanted to order some. We will always eat here when we’re in town!

Excellent good, excellent service! The gluten free pizza was just big enough for me to share with my teenage son (we had the Chicken Bacon Ranch). We also each had a slice of their Reese's Peanut Butter Pie. We were so excited because we don't EVER get to order dessert when we go out, and it did not disappoint. Everyone else in the family loved their non-gf food, also. We will definitely eat here again. Just be aware, this place must be pretty popular, as it was packed. It might be easier/quicker if you go for an early lunch or dinner instead of during peak times.

Great experience!! Took some time to make the food but they do have gluten free crust for a $3 and something up charge. In any size and you can get any type of their signature pizza or build your own. The staff is super friendly and really nice and when ordering they asked if it was an allergy and I said yes and they took that into account. Because the line was a little long and we were waiting to order they didn’t charge me gluten free up charge but they still made me the gluten free pizza. Got the pizza served on a separate metal tin and it was delicious! Will definitely be going back, one of the best gluten free pizzas I’ve ever had!! I didn’t feel at all sick after eating it. Other people in my party got a calzone and said it was really good!

They had an amazing gluten free pizza and stated they usually had 2 crusts but were currently out of one. The one they did have (cauliflower) was beyond amazing and you wouldn't know it was gluten free. I asked about safety protocol and they immediately knew about cross contamination and stated my pizza would be handled with everything clean, clean gloves, and prepared in the back separately. The taste was excellent and we will be returning again this week while on vacation.

When ordering they ask if gluten free is an allergy or a preference. If “allergy” they take special care -assembled with new gloves, pizza is cooked in an aluminum pan and cut using a separate pizza cutter. Most pizzas could be made on their gluten free crust depending on ingredients. We felt very safe eating there.

He uses a separate kitchen space in the back and the pizza is baked in a foil plate to not touch the oven surface. He also used a fresh salad bowl and gloves to make our salad. The owner was working tonight. After explaining my gluten allergy to another employee, the owner assured me that they not only have gluten free options but that they use separate utensils, a separate part of the kitchen, fresh gloves, etc. My pizza was delivered by the employee with gloves and was very delicious. I was very pleased that the owner was aware of gluten allergies and checked in on me after my meal; I was able to eat pizza! I will definitely be back here again.

They assembled and baked my pizza in the back on the kitchen. They changed gloves and used dedicated gluten free equipment in the back. The regular orders are made in the front where you can see the employees making them.
I ordered a pepperoni pizza on a gluten free crust. They only offer a 10” size so I had half of a pizza to bring home for leftovers. It wasn’t terribly pricey either. The service was excellent. We ordered our food inside, grabbed a table outside, then they brought us our pizzas out about 15 minutes later. Mine came out first, then another employee brought the rest of my family’s pizzas out.
