Review of Great White Pizza

When ordering they ask if gluten free is an allergy or a preference. If “allergy” they take special care -assembled with new gloves, pizza is cooked in an aluminum pan and cut using a separate pizza cutter. Most pizzas could be made on their gluten free crust depending on ingredients. We felt very safe eating there.
