Head & Executive Chefs as well as wait staff took impeccable care of my daughter (Celiac) during our stay. In the Lodge & Loose Moose Family Kitchen, staff went the extra mile to provide safe GF alternatives--pancakes, chicken tenders, fries, pasta, you name it. Fryer only fries GF items. We had the Thanksgiving Buffet upstairs in the ballroom. The Executive chef personally took my daughter & I around showing her options. Waffles (turkey & waffles) were GF and best she's ever had. He brought turkey, cheese & fruit from the kitchen. Other items could easily have been brought from kitchen but she wasn't interested. Only thing lacking was dessert; no options but she was so stuffed that it didn't matter. We'll be back!
