Review of Great Wolf Lodge Water Park

We came here November 2018 and I called prior to arriving and informed them I have Celiacs. They said just to let them know on arrival. Upon arrival I informed them and was told to let the kitchen staff know. At breakfast the following morning I informed someone from the kitchen staff and he replied to me saying I must not have had coffee yet, because I forgot to say good morning to him. My apologies I have screaming toddlers and did not sleep well and just want to eat and then have coffee. After his rude reply he eventually told me all I can eat for breakfast are eggs and bacon and he could not speak to any other meals at this place (The Loose Mouse) like lunch and dinner. In short, I found some, not all, of the staff to be rude and unhelpful with helping me on what I can eat here. Avoid if you have Celiacs, I ended up buying my food from Walmart and eating my meals after my family ate. We did inform a manager upon leaving and he was very apologetic and hoped we would come back. My kids are to young to be tested but if they end up having Celiacs I will spend my money at Disney where they are accommodating to dietary restrictions due to a health condition.
