There is absolutely nothing to indicate that this is gluten friendly, including the ladies seating you, but they have the chef come out and she tells you what is available and they work to make sure you are happy with your food. They have GF chicken tenders and buns. They use a separate fryer for your food. It was good. Because it’s a resort the food tends to be a little higher, but it was worth it for the convenience.
