Generally very knowledgeable and accommodating. Confirmed with restaurant that they do not have a separate deep fryer (so the Penang tofu is not Gf if you are sensitive to cross contamination despite the Gf marking on the menu). Also they recommended to skip the bbq pork since they bring that in from outside source so they are unable to confirm if it’s gf. They said that if you request it to be completely GF they will skip using any sauces that contain gluten. We ordered the char kuey teow that way (normally the sauce contains soy sauce) and we admit it was a bit bland so we probably would go for the Singapore vermicelli next time if getting noodles.

Amazingly moist hainan chicken. Menu has GF markings and staff is knowledgeable. They can make modifications. We will definitely return!
