They had absolutely nothing on their lunch menu that was gluten free. When I asked if they could do anything g-f, they just shrugged and said no. There was some brief discussion about doing a burger without the bun, but then they told me they couldn’t do that either.
— No gluten-free information on the menu
— Not Much/None
While possibly acceptable for a gluten intolerance it would not be safe for Coeliacs. By their own admission all food is prepared together with a lot of buns, bread and wraps. When I asked what the GF option was they offered a hamburger without the bun but with salad instead. It is a lovely cafe and ambience but sadly Niseko is still very challenging for Coeliacs.

cute farm to table cafe that uses local, organic Hokkaido ingredients. there are only a few items that are gluten free, but they are clearly marked on the menu and are reasonably priced.
