While they have a dedicated gluten free menu when i described celiac they said fryer is fully cross contaminated. The flour tortillas are made in house with full risk of flour in air contacting all food. I was unable to eat the tacos safely and was recommended one dish - the shrimp curry that did not require any fry pan as safe option. Was delicious, just not the gluten free option I was expecting.
