Gluten free menu. Good choices for breakfast and lunch. Had a nice quiche and juices. Very filling.

I've eaten here a few times when I visit Santa Barbara and have never gotten sick. They do have a note on their website about possible contamination but I also called once and was told they don't even allow their employees to bring gluten foods for lunch so I personally felt comfortable eating there and it seemed the risk was low. It's nice to have an option when I visit that is both gluten free and vegerarian. My favorite was the mac n cheese but I'm dairy free now so I can't have it anymore. Their smoothies are really good and they usually have some yummy looking treats in the case by the counter.

Food had good flavor but they ran out of multiple things, the poor server/cashier had to keep apologizing to people because she was bringing food to the wrong table or people had to wait long for their food. Very healthy food & did not get glutened.

Very disappointed that I got glutened when eating here. I confirmed that everything was gluten free upon ordering. Now looking at their website, they have a weird vague statement “ Please be advised that many of our menu items may contain nuts and tree nuts, milk, eggs, soy and wheat. Please alert your server of any allergies or concerns”. Given this statement and my experience, I would not consider this a dedicated gluten free facility and would not recommend for celiac customers unfortunately :(

The pesto panini was amazing. I have celiac and am very sensitive and this place is safe and good. Will definitely return.

Completely gluten-free organic and vegetarian deli and matcha bar. They also have juices, smoothies, cookies and muffins (they call some of them cupcakes, but they are muffins). Almost everything I've had here has been amazing. I've had the wrap, the cauliflower crust pizza, the veggie burger, the lasagna and the veggie parm, as well as all of the "cupcakes." The only thing I hated was the stuffed bell pepper. They lose one star because most of the savory items contain garlic onion so I get sick nearly every time I eat here.

Came all the way to the west coast for their gluten free Mac & Cheese! Ok not really (maybe) butbit is SO good!

Everything was GF, that's about all it had going for this little cafe.. We spent over $100 sampling the menu and were extremely disappointed with the taste of the food. It was horrible.. Will never return.

The manager had great suggestions and even created an option that fit my gluten, dairy, soy, garlic and onion-free needs. The items I ordered are also low FODMAP. My husband and I split two coconut wraps. One had freshly ground almond butter. The other was the raw veggie wrap without cheese. My husband ate the veggie burger and put the dressing on his half. And we had a lemon thumbprint cookie.

I have hated the coconut flour I've used in my own baking, but I love coconut and all the other coconut products, so I was a bit leary about how the wraps would taste. Apparently, there is a difference in coconut flours, and these wraps were outstanding! The almond butter and the veggies were very fresh and delicious. And the cookie was wonderful. My husband loved the dressing. The manager had an almond butter and banana wrap, inspired by what she created for me, and she loved it.

The restaurant is cute and every staff member was kind and helpful and really wanted to make sure that we would love the food.

This place is truly AMAZING. Who knew matcha could taste so delicious with their raw, sprouted almond milk? Not to mention there variety of delicious desserts, without gluten or dairy! In love with this place, and all of the wonderful people who work here. Keep creating new delicious recipes!
