The manager had great suggestions and even created an option that fit my gluten, dairy, soy, garlic and onion-free needs. The items I ordered are also low FODMAP. My husband and I split two coconut wraps. One had freshly ground almond butter. The other was the raw veggie wrap without cheese. My husband ate the veggie burger and put the dressing on his half. And we had a lemon thumbprint cookie.
I have hated the coconut flour I've used in my own baking, but I love coconut and all the other coconut products, so I was a bit leary about how the wraps would taste. Apparently, there is a difference in coconut flours, and these wraps were outstanding! The almond butter and the veggies were very fresh and delicious. And the cookie was wonderful. My husband loved the dressing. The manager had an almond butter and banana wrap, inspired by what she created for me, and she loved it.
The restaurant is cute and every staff member was kind and helpful and really wanted to make sure that we would love the food.
