I have eaten at the spot a couple times and I’ve had no issues. Today I ordered takeout and was sure to express my celiac to the cashier on the phone. when I got home, they had packaged pasta salad with my gluten-free chicken and potatoes. I called back and they helped me accommodate a new order with the manager but I guess be very careful when ordering and be sure to speak to a manager about your allergy so you don’t come home with a gluten filled pasta salad 🤢

LOVE Greenleaf, they are very allergy aware and although not 100% gluten free (yet), have so many options. I loved the gluten free chicken tenders and they make fries in a dedicated air fryer - no risk of cross contamination! Also their gluten free sandwich bread was one of the best I had.

This place has so many options that are gluten free and vegan! The cauliflower crust for the flatbread is amazing!!
I frequent this place! Delicious breakfast scrambles. Love the sweet potato fries and avocado pesto! Trying the salmon tonight with sautéed spinach
Food so delicious and loads of choice. Sadly, it didn’t stay in me for long. I had the almond crusted chicken with sweet potato fries and I ate some of my son’s garlic fries. He had a burger. He seemed fine after. Me less so.

Do not come here if you want to actually get the item you ordered, and especially don't come here if you actually have celiac.
Twice now I have ordered an item with "Keto" in the title. By definition, Keto is low carb and according to their menu they use a grain free/gluten free tortilla. Twice I ordered this item online and put "GLUTEN ALLERGY" in the notes just to be safe. And twice I've received the item with a wheat tortilla instead. The receipt taped to my takeout container even read:
GLUTEN ALLERGY
WHEAT TORTILLA
Really??? It's a good thing I read the receipt before eating. This has been a frustrating and dangerous experience

Update: They replied to my complaint and stated that they do not currently offer any "pure Keto items" on their menu. I went ahead and sent them screenshots from three different menus of theirs (their doordash menu, their website PDF menu, and their website interactive menu) to show the menu item I ordered called the "Keto Carnitas Bowl". I would hope they'd know their own menu well enough or at least take the time to check their menu before replying. Or I suppose it's possible that just calling a menu item Keto doesn't mean it's "purely Keto"? Keto is pretty cut and dry. I'm not quite sure what partially Keto would be??
You have to ask them for their gluten-free options. Some servers seem more confident than others, and items can have ingredients substituted without any warning. Not safe for celiacs.

Highly recommend this restaurant. Lots of gluten free options, just ask the staff to clarify. Food was delicious.
This place was super friendly their staff was helpful. The menu doesn’t specify gf but when I asked the server went over ever item on the menu that can be modified. They offer gf buns for burger. They have gf cauliflower crusts for flat breads and they griddle is gf as they do not put any bread or buns or gf items where they cook the food. Definitely recommend this place

Staff was knowledgeable and said they change gloves and cook pizza on separate pan. We also had sweet potato fries with avocado pesto. We got there early but it got super busy I could see they might have a hard time keeping things from cross contamination at peak times. Where they prep the food is two long counters. My nima confirmed my meal was GF
