Review of Grill-a-Brothers

Their sandwiches can be made on GF bread, which they make themselves. Both of the owners have relatives with celiac, so are very knowledgeable and careful. Almost all of their sandwiches can be made GF and are all DELICIOUS. They don't have a dedicated space, but change gloves, use different utensils, and put foil down on the flat top to reduce chances of contamination. Try the Tony Montana (cuban sandwich). YUM!
