Review of Grill Marks

The food was great. They have dedicated fryers, grill and prep spaces. Ask for the manager when ordering. She was great to explain everything to us and put us at ease. However they need to do a better job of training their staff. Our server and the hostess were clueless about their prep and did very little to make us feel comfortable. Once we talked to the manager, we felt much better. They have a variety of gluten free options to choose from including fried items like pickles and onions!
