When I go to a burger place I expect that the burger is gonna be excellent, it was not. Burnt on the outside and really pink on the inside and in general no flavor on the patty. The “add ons” were packed with flavor but a burger needs to be able to stand on its own and not be completely dependent on the condiments. It reminded me a frozen burger patty put on a really hot grill. Quite frankly Wendy’s has a better burger patty. Also, I adore sweet potato fries, they are my absolute favorite-these however were very far below the bar. As far as managements response to my burger ...... they don’t know what happened that’s never happened before and they hope I’ll give them another chance but did NOT offer any enticement to do so. As far as gluten free......I’ll let you know if I get sick Update I did get sick but I suppose it could have been from the burnt yet undercooked burger or from cross contamination.... hard to tell

Great gluten free buns & very knowledgeable staff
Yes
We have eaten here several times in the past with no problems. However, I think the staff is getting sloppy. My daughter got sick after eating here. Beware. This place is not the same. The cooks are not taking the proper measures to keep celiac people safe.
Amazing food and staff is wonderful and very attentive!! If there is an accident they will tell you and remake your food for you!
I am very sensitive to cross contamination but I felt great after having a meal in Grub Burger Bar. The staff was very nice, friendly and professional.

Amazing burgers on gf buns that are delicious as well as the sweet potato fries

One of my favorite GF meals in town! GF bread on any burger! Yum!
Good GF burgers.
Jennifer is fantastic and knowledgable about gf and lactos allergies. Very pleased with this establishment!
Yes
They have a separate GF menu & they took celiac seriously. Ordered the burger with the GF bun. It was good, but the bun was dry and fell apart (per usual for GF breads), other than the disappointing bun, it was good and I’ll go back!

I’ve eaten here many times over the years. I have celiac and they are always careful and I’ve never been sick. They clean the grill to cook GF food, so if that bothers you keep that in mind.

Was delicious! However it is super pricey, you have to pay extra for gluten free stuff which was shocking to me. Payed 12 bucks per burger 7 for a small side salad and 8 for 4 onion rings (for a friend). I would come here occasionally but definitely not in my price range.

We came in around 9:00 pm and ordered and waited for 40 minutes for our food, went up to check on order and said they were waiting on the fries. A few minutes later an employee came out and asked if it was a preference or an allergy. Few minutes later the manager came out to tell us that they had someone new in the kitchen and they combined all of the food in the fryer so they were remaking our food and it would another 10 minutes and gave us a card for a free entrée for another visit. We then checked our food before leaving and it was not correct. So we had to go back up to the counter and get what was left off of our sandwiches. At this point the manager compted our entire meal.
