Our young server was clueless, but I asked for the guy that knows about gluten free (not sure if he’s the owner or manager) he is so friendly & knowledgeable. He said they will prepare it in a separate area, the chips are ok they are fried in a separate fryer, queso & salsa are GF, anything made with flour tortillas would just need to be switched to corn, and no sauce is ok they all contain wheat. Food was good, would for sure go back.

The manager was very knowledgeable when I spoke to him on the phone before going, he has a family member with celiac disease. I asked our server if I could place my order with him to ensure it would be gluten free as we were only in town for one night and had a long drive the next day, I couldn’t risk being sick. I had chips & queso, salsa, and chicken enchiladas with rice, it was all very delicious and I wish I was in the area to be able to eat there more often.
