Review of Guapo's Restaurant

According to my server, the only thing on the menu I could have were vegetable fajitas and vegetable quesadillas, both with corn tortillas. The corn chips are fried in contaminated oil, so I had to sit and watch everyone chow down while I was starving. There are gluten contaminants in the marinade for the beef and chicken, as well. If you have a hankering for Mexican and those options sound too limiting, I'd try somewhere else.
