Review of Gung Ho

I had heard that Gung Ho can be very accommodating of gluten allergies and that a lot of their menu can be made gluten free. My server told me that all rice dishes are gf because they coat the meats with rice flour and they don’t use soy sauce, only tamari. Not sure I entirely believe that because it’s not advertised as gf and I feel like they would if that’s the case...I had the fried rice and didn’t have any reaction. Definitely gluten friendly but ask questions!
