Gustavs has about five items in the menu that can be gluten free. I had the roasted pork which was ok. The mashed potatoes were disappointing.

Completely unreliable. Yes they have GF beer but are often out. They have GF cider but are often out. If they treated the rest of their business the way the treat GF they would be hurting. So while they tout they are GF, they are inconsistent and seem not to care. Other restaurants in this chain are Rheinlander. If you enjoy German food, stick with either the Slide Inn or the Berlin Inn. They've figured out how to be consistent.

GF Cobb Salad and fondue with a Bratwurst! Lots of choices on their menu and it indicates which items are gluten-free!

Good food waitstaff good with special menu. They will allow sub. on happy menu to be gluten free

Not a ton of options but I’m a big fan of fondue so worth it for me. We have also on occasion asked if it was ok to bring our own bread in since they don’t offer gluten free and they were fine with that. The sausages are good too though. It’s a good place to grab happy hour. Has a great atmosphere.

Bring your own bread, the fondue is GF! It's that are GF or can be made as such are marked on the menu.

They used to have a more expansive menu overall, not just for GF, but it became more limited a short time ago, which limited the GF even more. I did become ill a few years back, but in part I should have recognized my meal came with a sauce which was what the GF accommodation said to take off. They have a great GF beer, but it's spendy. The staff is either overworked or there are management issues because attitudes can sometimes be of the eye-rolling and sighing variety, or over the top false nice.
