When we sat down I told the waitress I had celiac disease she went to get the chief to explain everything to me. Chief Carl was super knowledgeable about a variety of allergies. He explained what I could & could not have. I ordered the Primetime American Kobe buger with no onion straws. He even had a new gluten-free bun option so I got to be the first to try it. Super great food, very clean & the service was amazing!! If I could give it more stars I would!!!

The chef came and spoke with me about what to order. Gave suggestions. Was very knowledgeable about the menu and what was good to order and what was not acceptable even with cross contamination. Loved it and will return.

Chef came to table to modify anything from the menu to gf. Daughter got Kobe burger with smashed potatoes and asparagus. It was delish. I got bbq pork with slaw also delish.
