Review of GW Fins

The staff was extremely knowledgeable and the chef ensured my stuff was fried on a dedicated frier. They also have gluten-free flour, which can be substituted for most things, except some classics like the dirty rice, gumbo, etc. they even brought me Yucca Chips so I can partake in some of the appetizers.
