Review of GW Fins

I was very wary about eating here as I severely react to the smallest amount of gluten. The waiter was very knowledgeable said they could prep my meal however was needed. I ordered the parmesan crusted fish and didn’t have a reaction! Hands down my new favorite place to eat.
