Tortilla (corn) chips are fried in non-gluten fryer, and they can explain which sauces are safe. Considering the way most restaurants in this tourist town are dismissive of any allergies, their knowledge was refreshing. Plus, restaurant has a water view, outdoor seating, and reasonable prices.
