Allergens are listed on the tablet, clearly states what has wheat. Be aware of the condiments bar, I'd avoid it if you're celiac too bc of cross contamination. The servers take vegetarianism, veganism and allergies seriously but aren't trained for celiac or what has wheat/gluten, so ask for the ingredients list for everything. Be cautious to ask what has soy sauce too bc that often has gluten Overall I felt VERY safe eating there as they completely clean and sanitize, and replace the cooking tools and pots after each guest.
