The GF menu was the original menu but with GF items highlighted, however the waiter was unable to explain this and had to go check with the chef. The first highlighted item was sourdough bread which was actually not GF. The rest had the option to have GF bread but the waiter made it all very confusing, particularly when my friends wanted to order extra normal bread. Very poor given this is one of the more upmarket restaurants we've been to in Malta.

Lovely experience at this newly opened restaurant. When we received the menus I told them I was gluten intolerant and they presented me with the same menu but it was listed out what I could eat from it.
We had 5 dishes split between two people and everything we had was GF and it was absolutely amazing everything. Especially recommend the beef tartar and the lamb roulade!!
Most dishes are also 100% organic
