This place can be good if you’re careful.
The Pork is not gluten free. In the meat cutting area with pork there is a huge amount of cross contamination. But you can get a ribeye which is made in a separate area without gluten
You may be able to ask a manager to get meat from a clean area, but I’m not sure
They have ~5 sides that are gluten free. I had several of them (potato salad, beans, fruit) and did not get sick . I’m celiac and sensitive
The regular bbq sauce is supposedly GF. The spicy is not. They are next to each other. They’re probably okay. I just skipped sauce
Overall, I’d say you can eat here but it is more risky if you choose some items vs others. You’re probably safer earlier in the night and or on a less-busy night. It is good food. I would come back.
