The server asked about allergies or food sensitivity right away. They have a separate GF menu, GF fryer, and a really good GF brownie with ice cream and toppings for dessert. Great experience!

Wat een ruime keuze om glutenvrij te eten. Er is een eigen glutenvrij menukaart. Personeel is ook echt goed geïnformeerd over glutenvrij. Heb echt een heerlijke burger gegeten en mijn zoon van 3 had de kip van het kindermenu die ook heerlijk was. En het belangrijkste is dat we beide niet ziek zijn geworden.

This place was great about dietary restrictions! Offered us a gluten free menu, and our table’s other allergies (lactose, nuts & peanuts) were taken seriously. Came back to eat here twice!
You just need to ask for the GF menu. Amazing GF burger. They accidentally put a sauce with gluten on but recognized and remade it before I received it. Amazing service.

Our experience at the Hard Rock Cafe was excellent! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They had a gluten-free menu with quite a few options. I had the grilled chicken on a brioche bun that was delicious. Also fries from a dedicated fryer. Good sized portions as well.

Awesome! Very nice servers, big attention to detail. It seems everything glutenfree comes with little hard rock flags in it so no confusion happens when similar looking versions leave the kitchen. Gluten-free options marked in the regular menu but a gf menu is also available. We enjoyed some delicious chicken and steak burgers and I much look forward to the brownie we ordered for to go. There's a gf. beer available, too.
Got to mention that the atmosphere was great as well - music, relaxed people, friendly & happy waiters. Perhaps not ideal for families with small (noise sensitive) children, but perfect for a dinner with friends, date, ...

Separate GF menu. Staff helpful and aware of coeliac. I confirmed there is a dedicated fryer for the fries. Huge portions. Amazing GF brownie sundae for dessert. My teen coeliac daughter was very happy with her meal!

Very fast and good service. Food was delicious, kids menu served in nice guitar plate. Non alcoholic cocktail for kids is awesome. Good place for simple dinner.
Nice GF menu, delicious burger & brownie sundae. GF food came out with a Hard Rock flag on it; staff seemed aware that special diets are a serious thing and they've got you covered.
We went for hamburger and it was surprise they have specisl glu free menu. I choosed basic burger and a lovely brownie with ice cream. Everything was tasty. Portions are huge.
Great gluten free burger. A lot of places say that they have gluten free burger but I almost always have reaction after that. But this burger was prefect 😁
Excellent as usual. The food is really tasty and the service is amazing. Plus the atmosphere is unique! The prices are high but being in Vienna I’d say they’re comparable with many other regular restaurants.
The food is decent, but they are careful to make sure it is gluten free which is great. We had cheeseburgers with gf buns and gf fries that were fried in a strictly gf deep fryer.
Found it hard to find somewhere to get GF after being turned away from some places. But thank god for Hard Rock no matter where you are they always do GF. Great standard of food with great customer service, would recommend.
I have eaten there and ordered a gluten free burger obviously in a gluten free bun, it came with fries which were written down on the gluten free menu.
The thing is that an hour later I had an allergic reaction and my stomach started hurting etc.
Full gf menu including burgers! Well worth a stop for good gf food and a cool atmosphere. Fries cooked in separate deep fryer. Fully coeliac certified.

Visited after the marathon for a well earned burger. My wife is coeliac and had a delightful burger also, small thing but often we can’t enjoy the same foods. Staff very welcoming and knowledgeable, entire GF menu. Highly recommend!
Hard Rock Cafe is accredited by Coeliac UK, and I had an excellent experience there. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about cross-contamination. My server, Lauren, provided outstanding service; she was well-educated and informed me about the gluten-free zone in the kitchen and the precautions they take. They have their own dedicated gluten-free fryer! I had the Southwest chicken bowl with a side of fries, and it was delicious! Although they didn't have a separate gluten-free menu, the gluten-free dishes were clearly marked, and the gluten-free food comes out with a purple flag.
GF options clearly marked. They did not offer a separate menu when I asked for one, instead it was all included within the main menu. Very expensive burger, not the tastiest and was a bit bland. As they delivered my food they made it very clear with a disclaimer that they would not be held responsible for any cross contamination, even though it had been cooked in a separate oven/fryer. In conclusion, I am not sure they had any faith in themselves that it would be safe to eat, nonetheless - no issues.
The service absolutely sucked but my salmon and veggies were tasty, well cooked and did not upset my tummy. They have a decent number of gf options but I can’t recommend it just for the lousy service and rude staff.
great experience, staff are really nice and knowledgeable about the way things are cooked and prepared. everything is labeled on the menu. loads to choose from. starters, mains and desserts all gluten free. when you order they tell you if anything needs to be taking off or cooking a different way and if ur ok with that. great service and felt very safe. Also celiac uk safe approved
