Lovely food, the burger was honestly so good. The bread buns were one of the best I’ve ever had! The staff were both helpful and reassuring. Will definitely be returning!
You can rely on having a few reliable and safe options. It is a pity that we cannot enjoy fries due to crosscontamination. Staff very knowledgble.

They have a separate gluten free menu. I tried their chicken sandwich with a side salad. The salad was just the veggies with no sauce.

Great location overlooking the Grand-Place. Staff helpful and knowledgeable. As described in other reviews there is no dedicated GF fryer so you are served either mashed potato or a side salad with your burger. No GF beer options. Unlike the one in Edinburgh I have visited before which has a fairly extensive GF menu and is great as a treat, I would say this is good and safe but probably less for special occasions.

As I don’t eat meat, I could only have the salmon with mash which was really tasty. They had a full gf menu so I’m sure meat eaters would be very happy. Apart from the food, we found it very hot inside as we were visiting in August. We had to query the bill as they charged my companion for 2 sides (burger + fries + onion rings?!) . The manager reduced it a bit but I think they were a bit cheeky.

They have a separate Gluten-Free meny and very knowledgeable staff. They don’t have a separate fryer for fries, but offer very tasty mashed potatoes as a replacement.
Eine komplett glutenfreie Karte gab es, richtig leckere Burger! Auch die Käse-Pommes und Salate sind super lecker! Ich hatte einen Burger mit Hähnchenfleisch, nächstes mal probiere ich einen mit Rindfleisch. Ich bin begeistert!
Menu is well marked to specify gluten free options. Had a triple cheese burger and mashed potatoes (fries not celiac safe, waitress confirmed). Gluten free hot fudge brownie and ice cream was HUGE and DELICIOUS! Would return, food tasted good after long travels and no reaction in days following. Sat upstairs and had a nice view of the Grand Place, good for people watching.

Super gegeten, heel vriendelijk. Perfect alles in orde. Ze veegden bordje nog eens extra af voordat ze het op tafel zetten. (Chicken wings met bbq saus om te delen). Heerlijke burger.
It was more than we expected. When I saw the burgers, they were to good to believe that they were gluten free. I highly reconmend it!
gluten-free possibilities for many meals. i got a burger with a gluten-free bun but i asked to swap the fries for a salad since they didn't have a separate fryer. they also prepared the wings a little bit differently because they suggested it to be safer.
Separate gluten free menu which was quite large. Couldn’t have the fries but had the mash instead, was amazing! The staff know what they are doing and the manager who took my order took the time to discuss everything thing with me, fully aware of the kitchen processes
gf burgers are marked on the menu but the fries are not gluten free. my daughter also ate a super sweet.

Menu is well labeled with gluten free options. The meal I ordered was gluten free already so required no changes.
Had a gluten free cheeseburger with mashed potato, first time at Hard Rock Cafe, and thought it was very overpriced. The burger was nice I didn’t get sick but I would never go back.
More than half of the menu (almost all burgers) is available gluten free and this option is marked on the menu. The manager came to see us and explain what was gluten free and what wasn't. Felt safe and would 100% go back
Great meal at Hard Rock. My coeliac son was able to have a burger with gluten free bun. He had it with mashed potato as their chips aren’t gluten free. Manager served us and was very knowledgeable.
Great burgers! Could not eat the fries due to cross contamination but I had delicious mashed potatoes. The manager came and spoke with me and gave information about the dish I wanted without me asking. Fully trusted that the food was safe and had a great experience. Highly recommend!
I had a good burger with mashed potatoes. Manager explained everything which was a nice thing.
Multiple dishes gluten free available. I ordered the Grilles Chicken Sandwich with gf bun. The manager came right away to our table to check with me the allergens lists to make sure everything is correct. I have not ask for this. It was a very good service. She said the kitchen take care that the gluten free food is seperated. Food was really good.

Very good spare ribs. They have a special gluten free menu. They ask if you are a coeliac, then they won’t serve you fries.
Great atmosphere. Food was fab. Very well looked after by the manager who checked everything was gluten free with the chef. No separate fryer so avoid chips

Burgers in gluten free buns are ok, but not worth the money. No fries like other Hard Rocks because they fry all food in the same oil. Good knowledge to let us know straight away though.

has only gf burger buns.. really good burgers!! (franch frize contain gluten), great place if you want a burger. probablly the only place that has gf food around the erea.
The staff are very knowledgeable. When a server says "I don't trust there won't be any cross-contamination when they prepare that dish", you know you are in good hands. I had the cheese burger on a gluten-free bun and a salad with ranch dressing. The hamburger was fantastic and so was the bun! This is not my kind of place, but the food and the knowledgeable staff make me want to come back soon. Fantastic!
Really good food. Staff seemed knowledgeable but also checked with kitchen and made suggestions appropriately. No gluten free buns at this location although other HRC's have had them. Great meal but made me wonder though when different locations suggest different options unless that's due to regional differences.

As the other reviewers said, there is not a dedicated gluten free fryer. However, I’ve never been to a Hard Rock Cafe that does have a dedicated fryer, so that doesn’t bother me. There was a bit of a wait, but once the food came out it was great. I got a burger with a gluten free bun and mashed potatoes.
My daughter has celiac and both the manager and the server were very knowledgeable and all precautions were taken. She loved her burger and didn't have any problems. We do wish the fries would be gluten free!
They have a special GF menu. I had a good burger. Staff was friendly.

The menu has various options that can be gluten free. I ordered the BBQ chicken tenders, unfortunately the fries are fried in the same oil as gluten plates, so instead it came with salad and frijoles. But the staff and kitchen were completely aware and they assured me that the preparation would be alright.
New to the HRC but they had a completely GF version of their menu which made ordering easy. Staff were knowledgeable and mention GF when delivering the meal. This boosts my confidence in the safety of the food for me.
