Wasn’t sure about this when I read the reviews, but I had a great experience. GF menu via QR code in regular menu. Dedicated fryer. Tasty as far as burgers go.

We sat at the bar and the bartender, Sam was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure the food was gluten-free.

There are gluten free options, and there’s no upcharge so that’s nice, but the sandwich itself wasn’t good. I got a grilled chicken sandwich with fries. The bun was very hard (didn’t budge no matter how hard I tapped it). The chicken tasted undercooked and the fries were bland and hard. Really no value for the price. I didn’t finish it because I didn’t like it. But still two stars because it was technically gluten free and I don’t think it made me sick.

Gf buns and dedicated fryer for French fries. Our waitress seemed knowledgeable regarding gf options. Burger was a little over cooked for my taste, but overall it was a good gf option

Great menu choices. Knowledgable staff. The bun was really good, we usually skip the bun, even if they have them--not this time!

They were knowledgeable! The fries are gluten free and their gf buns are soft and less dry than other places. My waitress was more than happy to help and even got ready to answer any and all questions I could have had. The gf menu is online but they will help you find out of other items can be made gf!

Full gluten free menu. Had a sandwich with a fresh gluten free bun and fries. Jess at bar very good service. Would give 5 stars but like all Hard Rocks a bit loud for conversations.

no gluten free items listed on the menu had to check online. our waiter was not that helpful. I asked for corn tortillas and the response I got was the only use corn to make chips but he find out. corn tortillas came out dry not recommend

The manager was extremely knowledgeable. They’d had some stock issues so the menu was very limited but she had solutions with most options. Great understanding of cross contamination and would only recommend dishes she felt were 100% safe.

I went here after a visit at Universal Studios Japan. I showed my GF translated card, and they showed me a list they had right away (rather homemade but whatever) where the things i could eat were stated, which included Nachos, one of their salads and a steak, but i cant remember it all. I chose the salad and it was very nice and filling after a day at the universal. I have had this salad in other countries Hard Rock, so i trust that this is gf.
