If you are like myself and are gluten and dairy free and expecting to eat a lot… here isn’t the place. Staff are extremely friendly and lovely however I was informed that the GF bun had milk in it so a burger without cheese was off the table along with any sandwich options and they don’t do GF fries as others have said so if I’d have had the pulled pork sandwich it would only have been pulled pork on the plate. Our server was amazing at letting me know so I wasn’t poorly and I ended up with the bbq chicken wings from the gf starters but got a larger portion than I expected so was pleasantly surprised :)
Some Hard Rock locations have a gluten-free menu but some do not. Please check the particular location you are interested in.
My safe go-to when travelling! Many options and tastes great. Buns are the best I’ve ever had - better than the usual hard rock buns - a great meal. Atmosphere is great. Servers are also knowledgable on gluten free items and cross contamination. I had mash instead of chips, and it was amazing. One of the best gluten free meals I’ve ever had. 5*.
Not good for celiacs. Whatever is marked gf is fried of grilled with gluten items. Atleast waiters know what contamination is and gave us good info.
Called in for some GF nachos as had them in other hard rocks and they have been fine. Sadly don’t do them GF here. I ordered a chicken sandwich which was fine and came with a GF bun but it was all rather dry. The menu states things are Gluten free when they are not as on checking with the waiter he said the chips are cooked in a communal fryer so offered me mash which was fine but you do need to ask and it would be easy to make a mistake.
First time at a Hard Rock Cafe. Venue was kind of cool and burgers were tasty, but they were all badly overcooked. When burgers are pretty much all you serve its something of a crime to screw them up like that, so personally wouldn't go again.
That said, they had a dedicated gluten free menu and the server took very good care of our daughter.
Sadly their fries were cooked in the same fryer as everything else which meant they were cross contaminated. The server was at least knowledgeable about this issue...but again when you run a burger bar and have a dedicated gluten free menu it seems a bit stupid not to be able to serve the main side dish with the main meals...
Ran out of options one night and went to a Hard Rock Cafe for the first time. They have a separate gluten free menu and the waiter cross checks with the kitchen to make sure you’re taken care off. US prices in Prague are unnecessary and I would always opt for a local spot, but portions are big and I felt safe.
Normally, I avoid these type of places while traveling to choose one of the more local options. Tonight, I was strapped for time before another planned activity, so I came here since I knew I’d be able to find some safe options and the location is unbeatable. I am so glad that I came here! Upon telling the waiter about my gf needs, he brought over the manager. The manager kindly and patiently talked to me about what I couldn’t have due to cross contamination. Together, we worked on putting together a meal that I could eat. The salmon was some of the best I’ve ever had before. I’m not sure how they made their ranch dressing, but it was also phenomenal. I’d give this place more stars if I could. It’s a fantastic spot with kind staff and an number of options.
Gluten free menu No guarantee of cross contamination stated. Good food
Excellent gluten free burger. Unfortunately there was no gf brownie for my dessert but never the less great experience.
Had my birthday dinner, and with the acoustic voucher, had a cheeseburger, soft drink, and ice cream. The waiter was very knowledgeable and gave me the choice of mashed potatoes, salad or fries in a dedicated fryer. Chose the mashed potatoes and they were great. For dessert, ice cream or milkshake was available and my partner ate a brownie, which wasn’t GF. They read the note I left in the reservation, saying someone was GF and already gave me one menu. The only con, was the bun, which was not good in flavor nor in texture.
Great experience at the Hard Rock. When we were being seated, we told the host we have a Gluten allergy, he said let me get you a GF only menu. As my son with Celiac said, “that’s the first restaurant I’ve been to that has a Gluten Free menu.” The GF menu easily had 20 items listed including wings, burgers & tater tots. Will definitely go back.
They have a gluten free menu which is always appreciated. Hard Rock used to be a staple for me to get a cheeseburger and fries... but the waiter informed me they have since changed their fry ingredients and are no longer gluten free. That is very disappointing. They subbed it with mashed potatoes but they seemed to be instant and did not taste good at all. My cheeseburger was delicious as usual. Wish they didn't change their fries so I would have been able to have a full meal. The burger comes out to $23.
