This didn’t disappoint. Dedicated gf menu and we were told there was a dedicated gf kitchen. We had chicken wings to start which were fab. I had a burger and fried for main which were ok - dedicated gf fryer!! The brownie for dessert is something else!! It’s so delicious but it’s huge, it’ll feed 2-3 people!! It was worth the visit alone. Also gf beer.
Some Hard Rock locations have a gluten-free menu but some do not. Please check the particular location you are interested in.
Really great gluten free menu, the gluten free hot fudge brownie is to die for!
Good choice for food and deserts. Went twice on our holiday just to have the brownie for dessert
Before I was even settled at our table they asked if we had any allergies, to which I told them celiac. They promptly grabbed a gluten free menu for me. I had a chicken sandwich with fries and really enjoyed it. My bun didnt even fall apart! They do have a dedicated fryer.
Great place for a GF meal. They really "get it", which is rare for Lisbon, where GF seems to be something new. I had nachos which are deep fried first thing in the morning, before the fryer is used for anything else. Then we both had salmon, and mine was customized to ensure it was GF. The server and manager clearly understood the importance and meaning of "allergy"! They had a good variety of options on their GF menu. Service was second to none too. We've been to many Hard Rock Cafes, with a pretty good experience at all, but this one is excellent with respect to GF knowledge.
Had my birthday dinner, and with the acoustic voucher, had a cheeseburger, soft drink, and ice cream. The waiter was very knowledgeable and gave me the choice of mashed potatoes, salad or fries in a dedicated fryer. Chose the mashed potatoes and they were great. For dessert, ice cream or milkshake was available and my partner ate a brownie, which wasn’t GF. They read the note I left in the reservation, saying someone was GF and already gave me one menu. The only con, was the bun, which was not good in flavor nor in texture.
Great experience at the Hard Rock. When we were being seated, we told the host we have a Gluten allergy, he said let me get you a GF only menu. As my son with Celiac said, “that’s the first restaurant I’ve been to that has a Gluten Free menu.” The GF menu easily had 20 items listed including wings, burgers & tater tots. Will definitely go back.
They have a gluten free menu which is always appreciated. Hard Rock used to be a staple for me to get a cheeseburger and fries... but the waiter informed me they have since changed their fry ingredients and are no longer gluten free. That is very disappointing. They subbed it with mashed potatoes but they seemed to be instant and did not taste good at all. My cheeseburger was delicious as usual. Wish they didn't change their fries so I would have been able to have a full meal. The burger comes out to $23.
