Great meal. Manager even came out and explained that fries were dedicated fryer while chips may be risky for true Celiac. Amazing service too
Good meal in the Hard Rock, staff aware of allergies and very attentive to cross contamination. There was doubts about the meal when it arrived, the meal was taken away and a new one prepared. The manager even came over to explain about the kitchen.
Very kind service and the staff seemed to understand the concept of GF. Burger was super delicious. All possible GF dishes were marked on the menu.

Wow! The staff is very aware of allergies. The food is great. They asked waht kind of allergies are there and adapted the dishes. Very recoomended

Like most hard rocks in the world, this one is also great for gluten free. The staff were very nice and knowledgeable. There is a separate gluten free menu.

We chose to eat here based off of earlier reviews and we were not disappointed! They have a separate gluten free menu and our server immediately asked if it was a gluten allergy or preference. She also answered any questions I had and let me know that their fries are no longer gluten free which is why they are not on the menu. I ordered the BBQ burger with a size of the mashed potatoes and it was delicious! I didn’t feel sick after and the food was great! Would definitely go back.
I had a burger on a GF bun with a side of broccoli. All of their GF is prepared in a separate area. Separate fryer for the French fries too! It was so delicious that I want to go back again before we leave Munich.
They had multiple GF options and were very knowledgeable about cross contamination. The chef accidentally sauced my ribs w trace bbq sauce and the manager caught it and redid my order, giving me a discount for the inconvenience. Their fries were done in a designated fryer and they had a good gf beer!
Separate gluten free menu. Server well trained. They remade my meal when it was served with fries touching my gluten free bun. I had ordered fruit as a side. I felt safe here.
Service was slow. Our waitress was semi knowledgeable. I asked for a gluten free burger and before I could ask about the sides for the burger she started walking away. We went on a Monday and the restaurant was not busy. I stopped her and said are the fries that come with the burger gluten free and she said no but we can substitute mashed potatoes. If I hadn’t asked I wouldn’t have been able to eat my burger because it wouldve come out with gluten full fries
