Separate gf menu. Many choices. I had the grilled salmon with mashed potatoes. Our server was knowledgeable. After reading the reviews here, I already felt safe!

My family and I love to travel around the world, and we have always had the Hard Rocks as one of our favourites. They are always so good at accommodating for allergies. We had a particularly amazing experience when we visited their location in Las Vegas. (We ended up eating dinner there for our entire trip! And we became the regulars for the week.) Our staff at every visit went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe while eating here. And I get it, I read some of the reviews on here, and I’m a bit skeptical. As we all have our different experiences at the same place. But being Celiac, I understand the struggle and anxiety that comes with just being able to eat ANYTHING while you’re away from home. (I’m extremely strict with my diet as many of you must be). But trust me when I say, the Hard Rock in Las Vegas has got your back. Even if you’re feeling iffy about certain sauces in things (Even if they tell you it’s gluten free…), you may still have your doubts. But they are so awesome at accommodating, that you can basically create your own meal as you like, by mixing up different items from the menu. My experiences at the Hard Rocks have been the same globally, as they never fail to go above and beyond in service. :) That being said, they do have a gluten friendly menu available, just be mindful that their fryer is not gluten free. But you can’t be mad at them for that, as most places don’t have a gluten free fryer. It’s just something we have to live with. I hope that helps any of you who are looking at dining at this restaurant. And thank you again to my amazing waitress (Who’s name I can’t remember). And to everyone out there, please remember to remain kind to the staff, because who knows, you may even end up with a treat…

Their GF menu advertises french fries with almost every entree- but our server said they’re made in a common fryer and are cross-contaminated. Such a disappointment!

Some Hard Rock locations have a gluten-free menu but some do not. Please check the particular location you are interested in.
They have a separate gluten free menu. My burger was really good and I would eat here again.

Gluten free menu however there are items on the gluten free menu that are not gluten free (fries)
Also we ordered a gf burger (very nice) and the side salad had croutons and bread crumbs so had to be redone

Waitress was phenomenal, answered all my questions. When she wasn’t sure on one, she made sure to find the manager. 10/10 for me, no reaction and the GF bun was delicious (for once!). Minimal side options, but the mashed potatoes are GF!

Dedicated GF menu, No dedicated fryer, staff is very knowledgeable able to answer questions. Service was quick clean and friendly. I had the barbecue bacon cheeseburger on a gluten-free roll with mashed potatoes, as the fryer is cross contaminated

Went twice, got 2 different interpretations on what was celiac safe(wait staff unsure about dedicated fryer) but the cooks were helpful and reassuring. GF buns for burgers were great and the grilled wings the best we’ve had anywhere.

Good consistent safe place for gf. Separate gf menu, food is ok, as expected for a national chain. But always a fun experience. Sat at the bar to avoid queue. And bartender/service was excellent. Fun , engaging guy. Had a ladies outing next to us and they were having a good time. Good evening spot to stop by. Great view of New York New York Rollercoaster from bar upstairs. Looks like they may have outdoor seating area.

Safe. My celiac kiddo got a cheeseburger with fruit and a big glass of milk off the kids menu. It came out on a fun guitar shaped plate with little slots to separate the food, great for kids. She didn’t love the GF hamburger bun because it was to big for her, so she picked at it but no big deal. She loved her food, had fun at the restaurant and didn’t get sick. Great staff. I would definitely recommend the Hard Rock for a celiac in Vegas.

I got their GF legendary burger! The gluten free bun was really good and came out with red flags on it so you knew it was for sure GF. French fries were great and stuff was accommodating!

Gluten free menu and dedicated fryer. Had the pulled pork (bbq sauce was even GF) and it was great. Felt good afterwards so I believe when they said they are conscientious. Only restaurant where the hostess actually knew about gluten free options. Had eaten at a hard rock hotel 3 years ago in San Antonio and had no luck.. so either things have improved tremendously or this location takes the extra initiative. Would go back!
They had a gluten free menu and took the request seriously. My coeliac daughter had a Cobb Salad which came with an allergy flag. They substituted pepita seeds for pumpkin seeds. She happily ate the food with no ill effects.
I had the opposite breakfast experience, the hostess suggested that the chef could make accommodation but the waitress talk to the kitchen and told me there was nothing I could eat there. I would have thought at least an omelet could have been made for me. Very disappointing
No
Went for breakfast not expecting much. They have gluten free buns which I selected to use for the breakfast sandwich. The waitress explained that when they put something in as gluten free, it goes to a whole separate area of the kitchen. Their breakfast potatoes (“home fries”) are made in a separate fryer. I was so satisfied I couldn’t even finish my food! Would definitely go again. This celiac had no reactions.

Went here for lunch and had a wonderful experience. There isn't a gluten free menu but the server knew exactly what I could have. We had nachos, chicken fajitas and parmasean fries. When they brought our food to the table the server jokingly said, "I hand removed all the gluten for you." So I knew they got the memo on my meal needing to be gluten free. It was all delicious and I don't think I'll eat for the rest of the day I'm so full! No reaction at all.
I dread going to Vegas because it seems like it's impossible to find a safe place to eat. After stopping by many restaurants to see if they were ok to eat at, we went with Hard Rock Cafe. I was hesitant to eat there after reading some reviews, but they had a dedicated frier so we gave it a try. WE WERE SO HAPPY WE DID! We had a great overall experience. We sat outside with a great view of the strip, I ordered a smoothie that was AMAZING, and then proceeded to order a cheeseburger with a GF bun, and GF fries. Everything was so good! Our server was excellent, very knowledgeable and super friendly! And the best part? No reaction. This will be our go to place in Vegas now.
Side note: they did get rid of GF menu, not sure why, but server was able to point out what things were GF or could be.
Yes
Good gf menu and seperate fryer for fries. They have fries specials (eg parmezan, chili or garlic fires), also gf. Very nice! Had the pulled pork on a gf bun, both pretty dry. Therefore only 4*. No reactions.
Yes
Chicken sandwich on gluten free bun was excellent but fries needed seasoning. Gluten free doesn’t mean it has to be bland.

Separate gluten free menu. I had the fajitas (no shells) with mashed potatoes. No reactions.
Just went here for lunch and it was very good! They had a gluten free menu and I order Pulled chicken on a gluten free bun. Staff was so nice and helpful! Will definitely go back!
Server said they had no gluten free options very resolutely. Then he mentioned they might have gluten free bread. They couldn't care less to accommodate, or try. Perhaps they have their food prepared elsewhere & they don't know the ingredients. Or Perhaps they just don't care. With their prices, you would expect otherwise. Planet Hollywood is much much better for service & gluten free options.
No
Server told me they had no gluten free menu. I was on vacation and trying to just not be a problem for the other people we were with so I asked for chicken sandwich with no bun, no sauces and no fries. She said we have a gluten free bun (which she didn't tell me in the beginning). So I said of course yes but then my food came out and I always ask to make sure. the server who brought us our food said it wasn't a gluten free bun and took it back. I should have not eaten the food when it came back out but I did and was incredibly sick that night. I am sure they just replaced the bun which of course cross contaminated everything on the plate. :( seems like Vegas is not very up to date on allergies like this and I went here because they were rated 4 stars. Most places we went following advice on here didn't know anything. I suggest bringing or buying your own food and eating in the hotel.

Not helpful at all. No special menu.

Server wasn't very knowledgable for what I could and couldn't have. Not many options. Was brought a salad with croutons initially but sent it back and had no problems. The steak I had was also very good. So it was overall good

While the waiters were not knowledgeable they got the chef who was very knowledgeable about what I could have. Knows about cross contamination. Chef Jess even have me his card in case there were any problems. For a chicken salad. I have been to hard rocks across the country and have had similar experiences
