There are not a lot of options. They accommodated to my Celiac but there are not many options besides a few salads.

My server was amazing and wasn’t fully knowledgeable but repeatedly went to the kitchen to ask, which we greatly appreciated. However, a burger on a gluten bun was given to my celiac daughter. Thank goodness my other child ordered a gf burger too and we noticed that the buns looked different. They immediately rectified it, made a new burger and didn’t charge us for that item but was a daunting experience nonetheless. We won’t return and I’m sad we even spent our money there. Not celiac safe.

The greatest Hardrock ever. They have a glutenfree menu and are very well educated. We had a fabulous dinner with our 2 daughters (both celiac) there. They didn't got sick and loved the food. Top!
Yes
Some Hard Rock locations have a gluten-free menu but some do not. Please check the particular location you are interested in.
They have a gluten free menu. We had chicken wings, dip, steaks, veggies and mashed potatoes. No reaction! The waitress knew about the kitchen but didn’t really understand gluten free. I asked many questions before we ordered. It was very yummy and we’d visit again but ask questions just to make sure.

I am as shocked as I could be. I don’t trust anyone when eating out!!! I’m celiac and very sensitive. I asked for the manager once we were seated told MJ (who looked like Kenya) I was celiac. I ordered a burger on a GF with steamed veggies. Manager told me to stay away from fries, so I did. He also told me he would tell the kitchen staff to change their gloves. My husband and kids ordered the nachos when they came out the manager came right over and said I couldn’t eat them (which I already knew) here I am 4 hours later and I did not get sick!!!! Service was Great and Glad I didn’t get sick!! Good luck

Such a great experience! Provided a gluten free menu and when they mistakenly put an onion ring on my husband’s burger they immediately apologized. Managers checked in a few times. Great to know this chain is gluten free!

Server was wonderful! The manager came out and talked with me several times. Upon speaking with the manager to give him my thanks, he informed me they had a dedicated fryer (the server indicated otherwise). Talked about education regarding that! It was a great experience!!

The staff was very knowledgeable. We eat at Hard Rock Cafes in different cities. They seem to be good regarding gluten free at the locations we have tried, and this was no exception. They have a dedicated fryer and a separate gluten free menu. We had nachos, milkshakes and fries. You can get burgers, sandwiches, salads, appetizers, etc. (a good selection of things, actually!)

Great option! Went with a large party of 9 including 5 kids. They have a separate gf menu ( even a kids gluten free menu) My 6 year old daughter enjoyed a cheeseburger on a delicious bun. Spoke to manager who assured me they had a dedicated fryer for fries. She was very happy!

Ate here today - my celiac daughter enjoyed a grilled chicken sandwich on a GF bun with French fries. Delicious and no issues. Waitress has a son with celiac so understood, and was very accommodating.
I was here over the weekend and got a gf burger and fries. Both were wicked good! Waitress and kitchen were careful to make sure the food would not be contaminated. I am very sensitive and did not get sick at all. I would definitely return.
Yes
I'm not celiac so cross contamination is not an issue for me. They do have a separate gluten free menu available. Many items are gf because they have gf buns. After a 5 hrs flight, they worked for me.
No stars!!! This IS NOT a gluten free chain. I don't know why it's even on this website. How come we can't get this removed from the list. As a moderate/severe celiac disease person, I'm extremely disappointed. And it frustrates me that more of you aren't either.

I believe I was glutened at this restaurant. The manager was very knowledgeable about what wasn't gluten free on the menu, which was almost everything. I got the grilled chicken salad, minus the cheese, oranges, onions and tomatoes as I'm sensitive to those items, and asked to add avocado. When the salad came out, it was shredded deli chicken, not grilled chicken, and I had to ask the server for the avocado, which he brought out after I was halfway done eating my salad. My stomach was not a happy camper, which I noticed within minutes after finishing. When we got the bill, they charged me an extra $3 for the avocado, even after I requested to take off half the ingredients of the salad. I do not recommend this restaurant if you are celiac.

Great service, best Chicken sandwich with chips 🤪👍😍

I called ahead and spoke to the manager to ask about how safely I could eat at this restaurant gluten-free. He assured me not to eat the fries as they recently switched brands and they would have wheat - and now the fryer would be cross contaminated, so don’t order wings
I asked his name and if he would be there and could babysit my meals since I am driving seven hours tomorrow
The manager was leaving - and yet he share with the next manager name Sam
When I arrived, I met Sam who had told the kitchen staff and bartender of my sensitive food allergy
I have had to eat this way for 19 years - and I have learned how important it is to talk to a manager and stress how important it is to eat out without cross contamination…- and yay! I had a great pulled pork sandwich on a GF bun with mashed potatoes and it was delicious and I didn’t get sick!

GF burger was awful. Avoid for a proper meal. Wings were nice but the patty from the burger is one of the worst I’ve had. Go elsewhere!
