They have a gluten-free menu with several options. The fries are not gluten free. I had the country burger with a gluten free bun. Wonderful.

Jeremias was my server. He confirmed with the chef that I was safe to eat here, despite having gluten and soy allergies. I had the Bbq pulled pork sandwich and fries. I haven't gotten sick and the food was delicious.

I ordered a burger with fries from the GF Menu. Double checked if they have a dedicated frier. The waitress said they do have one. Nevertheless, it’s a couple hours later and I’m sick. Not sure if it’s from the fries or the burger but won’t be eating there again. Really sad because the atmosphere ist great. The service in the other hand wasn’t.

Some Hard Rock locations have a gluten-free menu but some do not. Please check the particular location you are interested in.
I had a burger and fries and almost immediately after finishing my meal, I got sick at the restaurant. I was told that the frier was just for fries, and I’m not sure if the burger got me or the fries, but it was not a good experience. Thought I would write this review as many of the others said they had a good experience. I’m not sure if my case was a unique one, but I wanted to share my experience for those in the future to approach with caution.

Had a burger and fries, both from the GF menu. Very good! Had a GF bun to ho with the burger. Server seemed knowledgeable.
The manager came over to take the order and ensure that the meal was gluten free! They have a gf menu and the food comes out with a little flag to signify its gluten free.
They had a separate GF menu with a lot of options. I got a grilled chicken sandwich and they said they could cook the fries in a way to not contaminate them but I opted for a side of fruit instead.
Great atmosphere and service! The restaurant had its own separate gf menu, and all gf dishes were marked by a flag :) The menu had lots of options from starters and mains to desserts. Had the cheeseburger, was ecstatic that they got their own dedicated gf fryer for fries :) the food was a bit expensive but I was pleasantly pleased and enjoyed my visit, would come back again! The staff was really helpful and knowledgeable about allergies, and went through their kitchen routines with me when I was about to order.

Menu is well marked to specify gluten free options. Had a triple cheese burger and mashed potatoes (fries not celiac safe, waitress confirmed). Gluten free hot fudge brownie and ice cream was HUGE and DELICIOUS! Would return, food tasted good after long travels and no reaction in days following. Sat upstairs and had a nice view of the Grand Place, good for people watching.

I had one of the burgers, the gluten-free bread was not that good, left most of it. The burger was not seasoned enough. Had fries that was not salted. All in all I was not impressed. They have a separate gluten-free menu via QR-code but the regular menu show more than that.

Have eaten here twice in the past week, enjoyed my burger and fries (yes, separate frier!) and most importantly, didn't get sick. There's a GF menu available. Most burgers can be ordered and there's GF hamburger buns. Fries go in separate frier and are safe to eat. Not sure about measures taken to prevent cross-contamination. The first time my burger came with a stick marked with 'allergy', but not the second time. Didn't get sick either night though.
