Review of Hard Rock Cafe

Wow! I am incredibly impressed with how knowledgeable the staff was at this establishment. I had Cathy, and right at the start I stated I have celiac, and she brought me their gluten free menu and explained that the kitchen would prepare my food separately to prevent cross contamination, and also that they have a designated fryer for the fries! After ordering, the supervisor came to our table and assured me that the kitchen will take necessary precautions. I got the barbecue wings and a gluten free burger! It was all delicious and the overall experience was amazing.
