Just came back from supper tonight. Was very worried, have had bad experiences lately... this location made me feel safe. The waitress handed me the gluten free menu, and the manager came to talk to me about my options. They have a separate fryer for French fries (and they were awesome!). Hard Rock uses Udis bread for the sandwiches and burgers. Had burger, fries and brownies for dessert. Portions were big, could not finish. Very good experience, thank you Hard Rock Myrtle Beach!

Had a beautiful ribeye steak with gluten friendly fries made in a designated fryer and green beans. This was an amazing experience from being greeted by the hostess who was very cheerful her name is Nicole and our server was outstanding as well. Our servers name was Kimberly and was very attentive and made sure that my food allergy was communicated very clearly to the chef. There is no way to tell right away if there has been any cross-contaminationBut so far I feel very confident. If there is any change I will edit my comment. Very upbeat and friendly environment. P. S. My husband loved his burger and beer. ♥️

Went there on a date with my hubby. Was so surprised to hear all of their fried food options are now gluten free so no need for dedicated fryer and no cross contamination. Make sure you tell them you are celiac and all workers are immediately notified. They take precautions with little flags on the food so no cc being delivered to your table. Had the wings and they were amazing! I haven't had wings in years! Did not get sick and most pleasant bartender (Autumn) who was very educated in gf! Would highly recommend even for celiacs!! I literally can't go out without getting sick, was pleasantly surprised and in heaven!

Our waitress was Alle and the manager was Cat. We got great service. they have a dedicated GF prep station and GF fryer. as Cat explained to me, when the kitchen receives a GF order, one person takes care of that order from start to finish. the GF menu has many options. we had GF nachos for an app and I ordered the GF bbq bacon cheeseburger with garlic & herb fries. All the food was great! Hard Rock is a little on the pricey side but the food, as always, was delicious and the service impeccable!

Our waitress was absolutely wonderful and gave me great recommendations on the best gluten free burger...hickory bacon BBQ burger. If that wasn't good enough she suggested the brownie Sunday which was also gluten free. Food was so good. Will make this place a frequent stop. Waitress said their menu is about 90% gluten free, wish all restaurants were like this

Manager came to table and talked over all the options. We got South west burger (no cheese, changed to GF bun) and bbq bacon burger (no cheese, no onions, changed to GF bun) and fries (dedicated fryer). Tasted great! Our child got a hot dog in a corn tortilla (no GF hot dog buns) and fries. He was more than happy! Great meal and never got symptoms. We are GF, milk free and shellfish free. Friendly and prompt service.

Ask for the manager Jesus aka "Papi" he's an expert on celiac disease and will make sure you get a safe meal. The food itself is typical overpriced fare- but being able to go out and my 8yr old and her having a good experience was well worth it. So hard to find places you can trust...we will be back next time in area.

My husband and I love this Hard Rock location! The manager and wait staff are very knowledgable, and the manager will spend time going over the menu with you. Simply inform your waiter of your allergies! And, they will do the rest. They take measures to avoid cross contamination and use a separate fryer for GF fries! GF buns are available and there are many options. GF Salad dressings are limited so bring your own if you do not like their lime citrus balsamic vinegarette. I was surprised it was very good, but may not be for everyone.

My boyfriend and I ate here later in the evening just last night. Being my first time on vacation since going gluten free I was a bit worried about being able to eat out at somewhere other than Chipotle LOL. I was so surprised at the service at Hard Rock! I am not a Celiac, but avoid gluten as a lifestyle choice. I notified our server if I could have a gluten free menu- and she said she would send the manager. At first this raised flags- but as soon as the manager came- all was lowered! The manager was excellent. Sat with us and explained that most of the menu is gluten free or can be made gluten free. Talked to us about the salad dressings, the burgers etc- said they they will accommodate whatever I want to order. He said his daughter was a celiac and asked what exactly my allergy was. I explained its not that I am allergic- just a lifestyle choice. I assume he did this so he would take extra steps in the kitchen. I ordered a Mushroom Burger. They made me separate mushrooms because the manager said the others had a thickener. The gluten free bun was DELICIOUS. The fries were cooked in a seperate fryer. All in all, a great experience! I was so happy to find this!

Had lunch at the Hard Rock in Myrtle Beach today. Read a few places that they catered to gluten free and my wife loves the place. I ordered the wings, which they were able to prepare GF because the chicken base hadn't been put on yet. They came with a side of Buffalo and a side of blue cheese, both gluten friendly. Huge and meaty wings with great sauces. Next I had the local legendary and my wife had the original sans the onion ring on a GF bun. I gotta say that her bread held up better to that delicious and juicy burger than mine did. Strongly suggest getting it done medium for max flavour. With the coupon from the local deals book, the whole meal (with a raspberry lemonade drink off the adult menu) came to a reasonable and tasty $40 plus tax and tip. A real bargain considering the great experience.

Left before eating as I was concerned at their attitude. They asked how sensitive a coeliac I was. So let me begin by saying my 2nd experience here in two days was awesome. Day 1 my waiter blatantly told me there is nothing I can eat there except for a hamburger with a gluten free roll. Well I didn’t want that so I said “no salads”?, he said “oh yah salads are fine”. He got me so nervous that I had a dry salad. I was miserable. I was staying at the hard rock hotel so I called and complained. They told me to come back in the next day which I did. A manager came right over and assured me there were a ton of gf options. I had a bone in rib eye, mashed potatoes and string beans. It was phenomenal! If you go here just tell your waiter that you’re gf and that you’d like to see a manager. In the end it was a great experience and I will definitely go back. I’m glad I didn’t let 1 uneducated waiter ruin it for me!

Went here for lunch and had a wonderful experience. There isn't a gluten free menu but the server knew exactly what I could have. We had nachos, chicken fajitas and parmasean fries. When they brought our food to the table the server jokingly said, "I hand removed all the gluten for you." So I knew they got the memo on my meal needing to be gluten free. It was all delicious and I don't think I'll eat for the rest of the day I'm so full! No reaction at all.

I dread going to Vegas because it seems like it's impossible to find a safe place to eat. After stopping by many restaurants to see if they were ok to eat at, we went with Hard Rock Cafe. I was hesitant to eat there after reading some reviews, but they had a dedicated frier so we gave it a try. WE WERE SO HAPPY WE DID! We had a great overall experience. We sat outside with a great view of the strip, I ordered a smoothie that was AMAZING, and then proceeded to order a cheeseburger with a GF bun, and GF fries. Everything was so good! Our server was excellent, very knowledgeable and super friendly! And the best part? No reaction. This will be our go to place in Vegas now. Side note: they did get rid of GF menu, not sure why, but server was able to point out what things were GF or could be.

I've been to several Hard Rock locations and always had a great experience. This one has a sign on the door saying ask for the gluten free menu, but when I asked the host said they didn't have one, but was able to point out a handful of gluten free items. Our server was more helpful and asked to check if the chips for the nachos and the potatoes for fries are in a dedicated fryer, and they are, so all the menu items I was used to seeing on the gf menu were still available. Just seems like maybe they don't get a lot of gluten free customers, but the food was still very good.

Very good! I'm very sensitive to gluten and I got the pulled pork with gluten free bun and had no reaction. Beware though the fries are listed on gluten free menu but they do not use a designated fryer so I subbed for broccoli.

Recently the Hard Rock Cafe has come a long way in becoming more gluten-free friendly. They understand celiac here and my server was sure to tell me that the fryer wasn't dedicated gluten free before I even had a chance to ask. The salad that came with my burger was fine, but nothing special. The burger itself was very tasty and I am a very sensitive celiac and I didn't get sick at all.

I had the glutenfree cheeseburger and fries. Staff was very helpful and asked the kitchen for the fries. They have a second fryer. Didn’t get sick after!

Burgers in gluten free buns are ok, but not worth the money. No fries like other Hard Rocks because they fry all food in the same oil. Good knowledge to let us know straight away though.
