Staff was very knowledgeable about celiac and complying with strict GF protocols to prevent cross-contamination. They even made a special batch of GF nachos with fresh prepared tortilla chips made in the dedicated fryer. Fries are made in a GF fryer. Buffalo Wings were amazing.
