Some Hard Rock locations have a gluten free menu but some do not. Please check the particular location you are interested in.
Every time I have visited here it has been super. Given gluten free menu and manager came down to talk us through and said she would be sorting our meal. Only ever got the burger on the menu though as they are so tasty. The fries are super too. Even the table sauces tell you which Heinz products are gf. Would definitely recommend to others and will be back.
Came in for breakfast. Have to say very impressed! My son got a breakfast sandwich (udis roll) and my niece had an omelet with toasted udis roll. Breakfast potatoes are gf as well as the bacon AND sausage. No gif breakfast menu but Birdie (our waitress) got manager and both were amazing! 10 stars of I could first the service alone!
This was one of my best gluten free dining experiences in the last 5 years! The waitress let me know that the gluten free menu is for gluten sensitivities and told me what my options are for being celiac. So there aren’t a ton of celiac options but the burger I had was yummy! And the fries are from a dedicated fryer which is always a luxury!
They don't have a gluten free menu, however the waitress informed me that are slowly making their entire menu gluten free, with current gluten free sauces and substituted items. I had the barbecue chicken with fries which was nice but nothing special, but I did not get sick which is always a good thing.
I was confused when we stopped in for a burger, because our experience was not the same as others. I would not classify Hard Rock in Maui as celiac friendly, no dedicated fryers or cooking areas (at least not according to our waitress), no gf bun options, no gf menu at all. All of their BBQ sauces have soy sauce, even the beans that top the nachos have wheat. Very few options without extreme modification. The only reason I give them 2 stars is because our waitress was trying so hard to make something work.
Highly recommended! The manager, Scott, came to my table and discussed the gf options with me. He waited for the waitress to explain her that the ordered burger needs to be gf and that they have to make gf fries. Very good job! The food was tasty! And in addition they have two hard cider.
manager came out to go over menu options. he dictated to our waiter how to put order in. they even made potato skins for us in the GF fryer! something I haven't had in a long time. Felt safe. manager oversaw food in kitchen as they were prepping it.
Manager recommended the Mac and cheese. When I asked if the pasta was gluten free he said oh oh no that's right. Don't get that. Then he said they had a dedicated fryer for allergies. 1.5 hours later still no food. The fryer broke. No one bothered to tell us. They do have udis gf buns so the burgers technically are GF but I would not trust contamination. My daughter is celiac and I just can't risk it.
Manager came out to go over menu. Lots of choices but no dedicated gluten free menu. Can't have nachos but fries made in separate area. Amazing Udi's gluten free bun. Manager even gave me one to take for free. A little loud but great food and service. I recommended they make gluten free flags so you know your food is correct. It was hard to tell the rolls apart (but that's also a good thing).
Hard rock does not have a gluten free menu. However, they have options for people that are gluten free. Almost all of their sandwiches/burgers are gluten free, as long as you ask for a gluten free bun. Make sure to ask your server if the fries are cooked in their own fryer, and if they are, get them unseasoned. Their BBQ sauce is not gluten free. Also, their service was slow, but the food was very satisfying considering we just came from a long day of not eating.
Great service! No gluten free menu but just tell the waiter about your allergies and a manager comes out to discuss your allergies. He gave me all the options for myself and my two boys 4 and 6. They have a separate grill and fryer so we enjoyed gf fries. It was a great meal and no one had any issues afterward.
I was recently at Universal Studios and was unable to eat anything within the park. As we were leaving we decided to try the Hard Rock Cafe. A manager was sent over to take my order and informed me that all food was made on a seperate grill. Also things like french fries were made in a seperate frier. I was able to eat a fantastic meal with no worry. I would highly recommend going to the Hard Rock the next time you are in Orlando
I have eaten there and ordered a gluten free burger obviously in a gluten free bun, it came with fries which were written down on the gluten free menu. The thing is that an hour later I had an allergic reaction and my stomach started hurting etc.
Had their own GF menu. The staff had good knowledge and where friendly. Spareribs were huge and very very good😊
In Lyon for the FIFA women’s World Cup. I had dinner here last night. It took over an hour for it to arrive. I told them multiple times I need gluten free due to being Coeliac. It came out on a gluten free bun (I think) It was a different bun to everyone else but there was no flag to say gluten free and they did not have a separate menu. I am awake all night. The meal was not safe and now I’m in a bad way. Headache, belly ache and bodily effects! Be careful! I did ask them multiple staff and times etc but you never know!
VERY GOOD FOOD Gluten Free. Good service. Very very good the service of Leana. I love the Hard Rock Cafè Paris and I counsel this Hard Rock because It have a food GF food and a very food service and other
Staff was knowledgeable and had a decent size GF menu. Have GF wings, fries and burgers with GF buns!
Our server was very knowledgeable and my food was delicious, wings, pulled pork sandwich on gluten free bun and the fries are gluten free too!
I'm Coeliac and ordered the Burger with fries but was given only the Burger with Broccoli as they could not guarantee the fries to be safe for me. The burger was good however the bun was dry. Such a shame about the fries. So I went again for lunch the next day and OMG the pulled pork was so good and this time I had chips, plus the Bun was much better (maybe it was fresher). Really enjoyed it.
Great burger and fries and brownie Sunday. Dedicated frier. Poor service the first night. We complained and they gave us free dinner and dessert the next night.
I really don't know if they really take care about cross contamination. They have a gluten-free menu, but I'm not sure if it's safe for us. They brought me a Cesar salad with croutons, so I had to complain because salad with regular bread isn't a gluten-free food. Then they prepared another salad for me, the taste was good, but I really don't if it is safe.
Burger on a gf buns and fires made in a dedicated fryer. What’s not to love? Sometimes you just need a good old fashioned burger and this place hit the spot. Loved the atmosphere and the servers were so welcoming and friendly.
While not traditional German food, it was nice to have a gluten-free menu and a taste of home. There was a variety of burgers and desserts both on the adults and kids menu. there were milkshakes, brownies, and ice cream all gluten-free. It was excellent service and they double checked that everything was gluten-free. The downside was it was very similar to being in the U.S. with the waiters speaking English and the food, music, etc.
I hadn’t dined at a Hard Rock for several years and was pleasantly surprised how good the gf food was. (We couldn’t find a gf restaurant with a separate/decent menu near the conference center/hotel so we landed at Hard Rock.) Separate menu, well informed staff. Ordered the salmon dinner on the first visit and the pulled pork sandwich the second visit. Both meals were very good.
Staff knowledgeable, GF menu with plenty of options. Not a dedicated facility but care was taken to not CC.
Nachos, burgers with gluten free buns, stake and french fries. The waitress new to recommend gluten free items on the menu.
Visited here twice during our stay at Wakiki. Plenty of options and separate fryer for gluten free. Gluten free menu and all gluten free food cooked in separate area. Staff had great knowledge also great atmosphere!
I used this app to find a restaurant that was Celiac-friendly in Waikiki and could accommodate a part for 14 people. Hard Rock Cafe was great! Even with the large amount of gluten-filled orders others purchased, I never once encountered cross-contamination. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable, everyone loved the food (my gluten-free meal was delicious), and everyone was happy. I did not get glutened. The live music was excellent decorations were so cool as well, especially the gigantic wall of guitars.
The staff was very knowledgeable about gluten free menu items and procedures. I had a burger on a GF bun and they omitted the cheese due to my lactose intolerance, as well. Fries were safe and they had a variety of GF menu options. I felt very safe eating there and did not get sick. Even a small amount of cross contamination can cause illness, but this place did a great job! I did not feel like a burden, as I do at some other places when making specific dietary requests.
Great options and friendly, knowledgeable staff
Stopped for breakfast while at airport. I’ve had success at other Hard Rocks so thought it was worth a try (my glutinous companion needed a good breakfast before a flight). Figured worst comes to worse I’d get some fruit. The server, Tracy, was awesome! When I said I had an allergy without missing a beat she told me they had a dedicated fryer for the breakfast potatoes and I could have everything on the breakfast menu except the bread! She even asked if it was an intolerance or an allergy! I was very impressed! I don’t like eggs so I got a side of bacon, side of potatoes, and side of fruit. It as pricy that way but I got an excellent portion, tasty, and filling! Fruit was a huge sundae cup of berries. Will definitely make me keep an eye out for Hard Rocks when traveling!
It was midnight and i was in my room right after the Mariah Carey Concert and i was very hungry. Taking a chance i called room service and asked to speak to a chef manager (NICK) came to the phone and I explained my allergy and the situation i was in (I couldn’t find anything safe to eat at that time. He took the information and said let me ask around to see who can make you something to eat.. KIM called back on nicks behalf and told me i had options (the fixed a turkey bacon cheese burger gluten free bun and safe fries- also sent up buffalo hot wings and a fresh lemonade- here i am 3 days later super excited that nick and kim took the time to help with my allergy and appetite lol
Hard Rock has always been great. Great music and great GF choices. Our waitress Candace was excellent! She made sure my burger and fries were GF. She also checked that they still had the GF brownie sundae dessert even though not marked on the menu and they did! Nima tested GF. Love the atmosphere and the music. Always visit a Hard Rock when traveling.
Ordered off the gluten free menu and they brought us a meal with gluten-onion rings in it. I don’t trust them and I will never be back. I should have taken the waiters ignorance regarding gluten-free items as a red flag. There gluten free menu is NOT to be trusted because the kitchen doesn’t take it seriously.
They had gluten free nuns and a gluten free brownie dessert. Server was very knowledgeable and helpful.
My non gf family enjoyed the burgers but service was very slow and food came out warm not hot. My food obviously wasn’t gf (even though the waiter apparently went and talked to the chef) bc glutened symptoms started before I even got home.
GF menu with a few options (few burgers, few sandwiches, salads), and the fries are cooked in a dedicated fryer. I thought the burger I got was just ok, and the GF bun was good but slightly dry, but the fries were great and i didn’t get sick.
Let me start by saying that their gluten free burgers are amaze balls!!!! Not only do they have a gluten free menu 🙏🏻 but the items available are plenty!! Seriously folks the burger was gigantic and the GF bun was really delicious. We have eaten here twice in the last week and plan on it being our last meal here on vacation too!
