So I worked for this company for a long time under two separate ownerships. I prepared and ate the food for years with no bad reactions, but for what it’s worth I do know that they don’t pay any attention to certified gluten free ingredients. To them, gluten free means simply no gluten containing ingredients. I do think they know not to use stuff with a disclaimer that it was manufactured on shared equipment, but that’s the limit to how diligent they are about sourcing gluten free.
