The food itself was awesome. I got the French Baked Scallops with Collard Greens. The greens were a little salty but I expected that. The reason for the 3 stars is the service and management. I called earlier in the day to ask about their "gluten sensitive" menu because it's not listed on the website. The man that answered the phone around 1230pm on a Tuesday sounded annoyed from the get go and basically told me he didn't have time to tell me what the offering were. Said I had to call back when they weren't busy. His name is Chris, and he's possibly one of the mangers, as we found a card at the restaurant when we went with his name on it. We had a 15 minute wait but that wasn't bad. Once we sat down it took at least 15 minutes for the server to come get our drink orders then another 20 minutes to bring us the water we ordered. She said the manager gave her a large party outside as well as her regular tables. It took 25 minutes to get our food. Getting our bill and boxes for leftovers took longer than it should of as well. Not sure I'd go back but I did really love my scallops and they didn't make me sick.

Food was amazing but for those that are really sensitive, I would skip. For those that aren’t-the grouper fingers and grit cakes were so good! They have grilled and blackened seafood so you can do that. Drinks are awesome too-especially during happy hour when they are super cheap.

They had a gluten sensitive menu. The manager told me the safest bet would be a salad so I ordered the Blackened Shrimp Salad. When it first came out it had croutons on it so I sent it back. They brought it back out and I was pretty confident they just picked them off and didn’t make a new salad. Found a crouton hiding halfway through eating and stopped when I found it. Food was good, but just be cautious. I personally will not be eating here again.
