I have celiac. Had the 10" GF cauliflower crust pizza and had no problems. The wood oven is shared but the server assured me that they would take precautions to avoid cross contamination. Salads are also beautiful here.

I have cealic and have eaten here a million times. I have never gotten sick. They do use a gluten free pizza dough and use corn meal on the bottom the fire burns so hot it burns any trace of cross contamination out of the pizza. Most wood fired places are safe. I am very picky over where I eat out because even a slight cross contamination will get me sick for days. The place is hands down the best and safest pizza place to get your gluten free pizza from!!!
Not for celiacs! The wait staff knows they have gluten free pizza, but it is not prepared in a safe environnement. It’s in the oven with all other pizzas, they do not wear gloves and it’s questionable if the gluten feee pizzas even get prepared on a separate space.
